UCWEP holds its first board meeting after the general assembly

Istanbul – UCWEP held its first management meeting after the general assembly at its headquarters in Istanbul. The meeting was held under the leadership of UCWEP President Hasan Taşkın, to determine the task distribution of the new board of directors and to create the future strategies of the council.

At the meeting, Hasan Ali Cesur and Burak Ersemiz were appointed as Vice Presidents, and Erhan Ayvaz was appointed as General Secretary. Additionally, Rıfat Sarıgül was appointed as the Accountant responsible for the financial affairs of the council. These new appointments were considered an important step towards UCWEP’s goal of increasing its influence in the digital media world.

The meeting held at the headquarters focused on the strategies of the new era. Topics such as developing collaborations at national and international levels, increasing the effectiveness of e-press organs, and producing innovative solutions to the challenges faced by digital media were discussed.

During the meeting, the new board members agreed on projects that will further reinforce UCWEP’s leadership in the digital press world. At the end of the meeting, a detailed road map was created for the activities that UCWEP will carry out in the coming period.

UCWEP, with its new management team, will continue its work to ensure that the digital press has a stronger and more effective structure on a global scale.
