UCWEP President Hasan Taşkın’s new book, Power and Justice, has been published.
UCWEP President and experienced legal journalist Hasan Taşkın met with the readers in his new book, Power and Justice, The Cross-Journey of Social Issues, which examines power and justice, two fundamental concepts that have been intertwined since the existence of humanity.
In the book, the complex relationship between power and justice is discussed in depth from a legal and sociological perspective. While different forms of power and various definitions of justice are examined, answers are also sought to critical questions such as how power can affect justice and how justice can limit power.
This fascinating work, Power and Justice: Historical Journey, Concepts and Solutions, not only offers a look at the past, but also analyzes the complex relationship of the concepts of power and justice with social issues. While exploring the deep ties between these two basic concepts of civilizations, states and societies from ancient times to the present, it also offers a deep perspective on the problems facing modern society.
From the first pages, the book reveals the historical evolution of power and justice, from monarchical orders to feudal systems and the changes brought about by the Enlightenment. Not only that, but it also further deepens the interactions over concepts of power and justice by explicitly addressing how social issues impact these dynamics.
Embellished with a strong narrative and historical depth, the book offers a thought-provoking perspective on universal human rights and fair judicial systems by questioning the role that artificial intelligence can play in solving these complex problems. The book was published by new century publications.
