UCWEP President Taşkın strongly condemns the PKK attack on Turkish Aerospace
The treacherous attack carried out by the PKK terrorist organization on the facilities of the Turkish Aerospace Industries Joint Stock Company (TAI) located in Kahramankazan district of Ankara, posed a serious threat to Türkiye’s defense industry and security. UCWEP President Hasan Taşkın, in his statement regarding this vile attack, strongly condemned the PKK terrorist organization and emphasized that our nation will stand determinedly against terrorism as always.
“This Attack is a Threat to Türkiye’s Independence and Security”
UCWEP President Taşkın stated in his statement that the attack was carried out not only against the defense industry, but also against Türkiye’s peace, security and independence. “We strongly condemn this treacherous attack on TAI, one of the important facilities of our Turkish defense industry. Even though the PKK terrorist organization strives to damage the stability of Türkiye, it will never succeed,” he said.
Condolences to the Martyrs, Urgent Recovery to the Injured
UCWEP President Hasan Taşkın wished God’s mercy to the security guards and employees who were martyred in the attack and conveyed his condolences to their families. He also wished a speedy recovery to the injured citizens. The President said, “In these difficult days, the unity and solidarity of our nation will become even stronger, and terrorist organizations will never achieve their goals.”
“Our Fight Against the PKK Terrorist Organization Will Continue with Determination”
Emphasizing that the Republic of Türkiye has always been determined in its fight against the PKK terrorist organization, Taşkın stated that such attacks cannot disrupt Türkiye’s fight against terrorism. He concluded his statement with the following words: “We stand by our state and security forces. We will continue to fight shoulder to shoulder against terrorism and protect the peace of our country.”
While this treacherous attack once again reinforces Türkiye’s determination against the PKK terrorist organization, we will continue to fight in unity and solidarity against threats to our defense industry and national security.
